**$100 nonrefundable and nontransferable booking fee REQUIRED for all services and will be applied towards your first session or color boost session.**
By paying this invoice, you agree to all prices and policies/terms listed in this invoice.
:: Clients with previous work performed outside of Haus Of Brows are considered "new" clients, will require a follow up appointment, and do not apply to "color boost" rates until 1 year post appointment at our studio. ::
M E N U P R I C I N G
New Client Standard Pricing
Brows - Hybrid or Powder:
[$650] $100 booking fee, $450 due at your first session and remaining $100 due at your necessary 6 week touch up.
Returning Client Standard Pricing
Brows - Color Boost/Maintenance:
[$300 total] $100 booking fee and remaining $200 due at time of service.

Eyeliner - Upper:
[$500 total] $100 booking fee, additional $300 due at first service and remaining $100 due at necessary 6 week touch up.
Eyeliner - Upper Color Boost/Maintenance:
[$300 total] $100 booking fee and remaining $200 due at time of service.
Lip Blushing:
[$500 total] $100 booking fee, $300 due at first service and remaining $100 due at necessary 6 week touch up.
Lip Blushing Color Boost/Maintenance:
[$300 total] $100 booking fee and remaining $200 due at time of service.
Tattoo Lightening/Removal:
[$150 total] $100 booking fee and remaining $50 due at time of service.

POLICY OVERVIEW:
We do not offer refunds once a service is performed and cannot dictate or guarantee any certain result regarding your permanent makeup service. Skin type, age, skincare, sun exposure, aftercare, health and other outside factors all play a key role in your healed results. To ensure you are satisfied with your service, we request that you carefully assess the brows/eyes/lips before leaving your appointment. After leaving our studio, we are not responsible or liable for any modifications or enhancements you may request. This will result in appropriate extra charges.
Additional Sessions: Clients requesting additional sessions for any service will be charged accordingly, beginning at $100 per session.
In the event your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled within 2 weeks of your appointment date, this $100 booking fee will be forfeited and an additional $100 rescheduling fee must be paid prior to setting a new appointment date. Follow up appointments cancelled within 2 weeks of appointment date will require an additional $100 rescheduling fee, paid up front to reschedule, and will not be applied towards cost of service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their appointment time will be declined service and must reschedule. The original $100 booking fee will be forfeited and a $100 rescheduling fee must be paid prior to setting a new appointment date. We reserve the right to decline future services due to habitual cancellations.
